Why we built this
We started Forgelio because we kept seeing the same pattern. Smart, capable professionals doing good work, building solid careers, and then suddenly realising that the landscape had shifted beneath them. AI had made large parts of their daily work automatable.
The problem was not talent. It was information. Nobody had told them which skills were safe, which were at risk, and what to build next. Career advice online is mostly generic. Mentors are not always available. Performance reviews do not cover AI exposure.
